Depending on the item, please allow approximately 2–6 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted. You’ll receive an update once your order is fulfilled, which means the making process is underway, and a second notification once your piece has been shipped.

Please understand that this is a solo craft, and timeframes may vary. Your patience is deeply appreciated. If delays occur, they will be communicated openly and honestly.

Please note the difference between natural wear and tear and production faults. Each case is handled individually and with care. Faults will be repaired accordingly. Wear-related repairs may incur a small fee, depending on the nature of the work required.

All pieces are crafted using precious metals such as solid gold, sterling silver, gold vermeil, and gold plating, as well as precious and semi-precious gemstones, natural pearls, and gemstone beads.

Please note that natural processes like oxidisation can occur over time—this means metals may subtly change colour due to factors like skin acidity, exposure to perfumes, lotions, or everyday wear.

This is normal and fixable—please don’t worry or assume there’s a fault. If anything feels out of the ordinary, I’m always here to talk it through and make sure everything is sorted with care.
